1. Acceptance
By browsing sieraden-online.com, subscribing to our newsletter or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They apply alongside our Privacy policy and Cookies policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the editorial portal and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your province) to place an order. Sieraden serves customers within Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
3. Account and security
Some features require a guest checkout email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit and for keeping your linked game-account credentials safe. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access — Sieraden cannot recover items lost to compromised third-party accounts.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable HST/GST/QST where required. Payment is processed by Stripe (cards and Interac e-Transfer), PayPal or BitPay (BTC, ETH). Sieraden does not store full card numbers or wallet keys. We reserve the right to decline an order if we suspect fraud or if delivery would breach a game publisher's terms of service.
5. Delivery
Digital items (skins, cases, bundles) are delivered to your linked CS2, Dota 2, Valorant, Apex or ACC account within minutes of payment clearing. If delivery has not completed within 60 minutes, support will manually deliver the item or refund the order — your choice.
6. 14-day refund policy
- Unused digital items — skins, knives and bundles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, as long as they have not been used, modified or traded.
- Opened cases — non-refundable. Crate odds are disclosed up front; opening a case is treated as consumption of the item.
- Subscriptions — the newsletter is free. There are no recurring charges to refund.
- Cooling-off period — Quebec customers retain the seven-day cooling-off period required by the Consumer Protection Act regardless of these terms.
To request a refund, email support@sieraden-online.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We respond within 24 business hours and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds to Interac e-Transfer arrive within 2 hours; card refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to use Sieraden to launder funds, evade game publishers' terms of service, harvest data via automated means, or harass other users. We reserve the right to suspend any account engaging in such behaviour and to cooperate with Canadian and international law enforcement when required.
8. Editorial content
Articles, guides and patch breakdowns are © Sieraden Online Inc. and may be quoted with attribution and a backlink to the original post. Republishing entire articles requires prior written permission. Embedded Twitch and YouTube streams remain the property of their respective creators.
9. Tournament listings
Sieraden lists third-party tournaments and tries to keep details accurate, but we do not operate tournaments we have not explicitly produced. Schedules, prize pools and brackets can change without notice — always confirm with the tournament organiser before travel.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Ontario law, Sieraden's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of in-game progression or third-party account suspensions.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter and posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
